How do I join?

adidas has invested in 100 community access seats to allocate to employees within its global supply chain team. Following the steps below, you can request to join boom! and be allocated one of these seats, giving you year-round access to a range of online resources and live virtual events. If there are no seats available we will open a waiting list.

Follow these steps to get started...

1. In order for your request to join to be considered, you must meet the following eligibility critiera.

• You must be employed by adidas in a role within its supply chain team
• You must identify as female*

2. Click on the button below to set up your account. Please note that you must use your corporate email address. Requests using any other email address will not be considered.

3. Once approved, your account will be activated and you will receive a welcome email from our Director of Community Membership, Kate Morton. Make sure to add members@boomglobalnetwork.com and katemorton@boomglobalnetwork.com to your whitelist to avoid emails going to your spam or junk folder. 

Some final important notes!

Seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis – but use it lose it! If your account is seen to be inactive for any length of time and the waiting list is in operation, you may be asked to give up your seat for someone else. Your membership is not transferable and must only be used by you.

How do I access it?

You can access the boom! community via your desktop browser or using our app on your smartphone or tablet. The experience on each platform is identical, so you'll never miss out. TIP! Our most engaged members access boom! via the app - it's easy to stay in touch that way and dip in and out whenever you want to.

How else can I participate and contribute?

There are lots of ways to get involved. All members can play an interactive role in the community not only by presenting and taking part in panel discussions, but also by adding comments to online discussions and sharing your own questions or posts. Or take part in a poll to see how your experience benchmarks with others'? Or why not share your career story as one of our monthly featured members?

Make connections and build your network

Building a strong network to support you in your current situation or as you forge your path into the future is critical. Through boom! you can get to know your peers in other companies, industry sectors or geographies - as well as getting personal insights into the lives and careers of some of the world's supply chain leaders.

Use the member directory to find people near you or in a similar role and reach out to them privately via the boom! messaging system. As part of a corporate membership you'll also have access to your own private company group space.
