On 5 October, boom!'s Beth Morgan and Melanie Salter shared the results of this year's boom! survey of the supply chain profession in a live webinar.

This year our Voice of the Profession survey investigated how to attract, retain and advance diverse new talent in supply chain.

Beth and Melane were joined by special guests Jake Dean (Director, Grainger Center for Supply Chain Management at the Wisconsin School of Business), Philip Roe (President of Logistics UK), and Polly Mitchell-Guthrie (VP Industry Outreach & Thought Leadership at Kinaxis), who added their responses to the survey findings and shared valuable insights into their experience developing the next generation of supply chain talent.
